6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
• Missing Orders: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact our customer support within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to locate the package.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken camera lens, dented smartphone), take photos of the package and the damaged item, then contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
